Our Service
We have multiple, convenient locations to serve you. Our friendly customer service team will help you with quick, courteous assistance, no long forms and quick installation. We are proud to serve our residential customers, as well as businesses in our community. We can also provide custom entertainment packages for hotels.
Our Network
In 2000, we upgraded our network with 550Mhz fiber on the entire island of Tortola. Over the next two years, we will be spending one million dollars to upgrade our network to digital — improving the quality of service and adding broadband internet service as an offering for our customers.
Our Programming
We have a variety of channels for all tastes. Recently, we added new channels like MSNBC, The History Channel, BBC America and Azteca International. We also have a range of packages to choose from, including new a la carte premium packages like the expanded HBO/Max Pak, featuring HBO Caribbean, HBO Family, HBO Plus, Max and Max Prime.
We also offer local and regional programming, on leased access channels, such as:
- CBN: Showing African Movies, “Real Talk with Karia Christopher” and Cricket — featuring the West Indies Team
- JTV: Featuring “Speak Your Mind”
- HLSLCC: Broadcasting live events, like the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College Graduation
