Cable TV - NOW DIGITAL!
St. Maarten Cable TV has undertaken a major capital upgrade to encode and convert all analog services to the digital format! Effective February 1, 2012, all customers who subscribe to our services will need to switch to a Motorola digital box to continue receiving service. Please visit our Business Office at Madame Estate to make the switch and to continue viewing our exciting new channel line-up!
Digital cable TV offers many improvements over analog service!
- New digital technology provides clear, sharp picture quality and sound.
- More channels! The digital platform provides greater bandwidth and allows for more programming options! Eight brand new channels have been added on February 1, 2012, with more to come!
- Access to an interactive digital program guide, allowing customers to view program information in a variety of formats - from listings to detailed information about specific shows.
- Pay-Per-View channels will be added to the channel line-up by June 2012.
